Seacoast in Paradise
Imagine a week long, Seacoast healing movement retreat nestled in paradise, right on the serene beach! Surrounded by an earthy, boho beach setting, you and your Seacoast family embark on a journey of empowerment together. Here, we will get to unplug and truly fill our cups, with delicious meals, stunning views and a blissful connection with nature. Whether it's body worship in the morning, contemporary in the afternoon, or a beach bonfire ceremony, this retreat offers a sanctuary to empower, recharge, and embrace the profound healing power of the natural world in community.
Mixto is only 12 miles south of Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR). The 250-yard-wide secluded beach is accessible only by boat. Personalized transportation service will be included for all retreat guests to be brought from the airport, to our private oasis.
What is Included?
Ocean front rooms (Quad or Triple Options)
All movement classes, ceremonies and workshops.
Waterfall hike and beach bonfire.
Use of the yoga shala at all times
Use of the pool and private beach.
3 nutritious meals per day.
Other activities such as a fire show and salsa dance.
What isn’t included:
Airfare or shuttle. (we organize the shuttle and the boat ride for you once we have your flight info)
Add on Excursions (feel free to book during your stay) like zip line through the jungle, kayaking, snorkeling, SUP, surfing lessons, spa treatments, temezcal, and boat rides!
Sample Itinerary Day in Paradise:
Morning:
8am morning meditation into body worship or slow flow practice
Breakfast
Morning to relax on the beach, poolside, go on an adventure or an excursion
Afternoon:
Lunch
Go for an afternoon swim, receive a spa treatment, beach photoshoot or relax!
Early evening class: contemporary or sensual choreography
Night:
Dinner
Restorative Yoga or Ceremony to ensure a beautiful night’s sleep
Our final night will be our beach bonfire party!
Please make sure, when purchasing flights, that you arrive in PVR no later than 4pm on 3/15 and depart no earlier than 12pm on 3/22 so we can accommodate shuttles for all guests
The Studio:
Here, movement meets nature, and your journey to inner peace is enhanced by the rhythmic caress of the ocean’s melody. Equipped with beautiful wooden floors, state of the art sound system, open aired, with ceiling fans, fully stocked with props for yoga and more
The Food:
Eating is an act of celebration at Mixto. We cook with love, and believe that every meal should be an opportunity to nourish both body and soul. After all, food is one of the main sources of prana: the vital energy that fuels our physical and mental wellbeing
About The Town:
Immerse yourself in the idyllic charm of a quaint Mexican fishing village of Quimixto, where the lively sounds of folklore mingle with the warmth and hospitality of the townspeople. We are a gathering place meant to galvanize the spiritual and social life of its community

All deposits and payments are non-refundable (unless you find a replacement, in which case the payment will be subject to a partial refund) Unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid will be refunded. Notification of cancellation will occur at least 30 days prior to retreat start date.
