Calling absolute beginners! Welcome to our intro to Seacoast Course: The Beginner Heels Program

Calling all Beginners, aspiring heels dancers, and anyone looking to embody confidence on a deeper level while exploring sensuality, and get started on your journey with us in a full, 3-week immersion!! Introducing the Beginner Heels Program!! This program is designed to be intro-friendly and give you a taste of all we offer at Seacoast Stilettos open to all genders, bodies, and backgrounds. If you’ve been following along and don’t know where to start or have begun your journey and are ready to dive in deeper- this is your SIGN!

THE PROGRAM INCLUDES…

The details:

👑 3 choreography sessions, where we will work on the same Choreo each week and dive into musicality, movement quality, basics, and performance. 10-16 participants will allow for bonding and support of community while gaining individual support.

👑 At the end of the third class, participants will get the chance to take a professional (optional) video showcasing their work! Groups and/or solos included in program. 

👑 2 Add ons (extra credit classes) of participants’ choice to complement their program training. 

👑 Private Voxer group chat support throughout your experience to connect with your group and teachers 

👑 3 group coaching calls with Sex Educator & Empowerment coach Samantha Mendonca.

MEET YOUR CHOREOGRAPHER: EMILY CHANDRA

Emily Chandra is the founder of Seacoast Stilettos, her inclusive movement focused on helping people reclaim their power through dance. With her signature Seacoast Stilettos classes, Emily serves empowerment and community along with hype at her home studio, online, as well as studios, nightclubs, and other locales across the country.

Thousands of people leave these classes feeling sexy, confident, and magnetic — and take a newfound sense of self-love and support with them, and that radiates into the rest of their lives.

Emily has a BA in dance from Dean College and studied under the Ailey School in New York City. She has danced & performed professionally in New York and Boston in modern, jazz, contemporary, heels dance and more. Emily is also a trauma informed, E-YRT and has led yoga retreats & movement workshops globally. Her work has been featured through Big Night Entertainment Group and on NBC Boston.

Emily received the ‘Best Dance Studio’ award, by Boston Business Women Magazine in 2024.
