WEEKLY CLASSES
Same instructor, same time each week! Dance classes may work on the same choreo for 2-3 weeks, but every combo is taught in full at each class.
WORKSHOPS
Extra-long classes where instructors will break down skills, dig deeper into choreo, and focus on performance.
CEREMONIES
From yoga/dance fusion, to meditation, EFT tapping, and more: these holistic events often bringing in expert practitioners from the community.
PARTIES
These ticketed events include a dance workshop, professional photo booth, themed cocktails & mocktails, pro videography and a whole lot of fun.

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR CLASS

Purchase a Membership (TONS of perks + a 6-month commitment) or a Class Pack

Go to the Classes tab, select classes from the schedule, and click “Reserve My Spot” on the class page(s) to sign up!

OPTION 2: CHOOSE YOUR CLASS
Best if: you want to try out a specific, single class

Find a class you like, then go to the “Purchase a Pass” page and purchase the “Drop In Class” option

From there, return to the Schedule, select your chosen class, and click “Reserve My Spot” on the class page to sign up!

Something you feel comfortable and can move in! This can mean anything from lingerie to sweats — and anything in between! Feel free to check out our Instagram page to see what fellow students and teachers wear to class if you feel unsure, but the rule of thumb is: if you feel sexy, confident, and can move in it, it’s probably a great choice!

No problem at ALL! Consider checking out one of our Beginner Heels classes, where all the choreo is broken down step-by-step and you’ll be joined by dancers of ALL levels and backgrounds!
Our community is made up of a beautiful tapestry of folks who:
-Danced their whole lives
-Never stepped into a dance studio until their 30s/40s/50s-Danced professionally, and are rediscovering dance as a source of joy
-Love dancing, but have never done it in front of others
-Are dance-curious, but haven’t experimented with moving their bodies to choreography yet
And so much more. No experience necessary — we’re so excited to meet you.

When you arrive at the studio, you’ll go to the front desk where you’ll be greeted and asked your name so we can check you off for class attendance.
Please let the staff behind the desk know it’s your first class! They’ll give you a rundown of where to get water, where to find restrooms, etc.
We have limited heels available for rental at the front desk for heels classes, as well as yoga mats for mat-based movement classes. (Venmo or cash accepted for rentals!)
Once you set your bag and coat down in the lounge, if the previous class has ended and the dance floor is open, feel free to make your way to the floor to stretch! Once a dance class begins, the instructor will lead a warmup. For yoga and mat-based classes, feel free to set up your mat on any available floor space.Heels classes begin barefoot/in socks for warmup, and after warmup, you’ll have a moment to put on your heels. Heels are ALWAYS OPTIONAL! Wear what you’re comfortable in: socks, bare feet, sneakers, etc.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please note: you must cancel your class reservation more than 8 hours before the scheduled class time in order to have the value of the class credited back to your account (in class credit). If you cancel less than 8 hours before class, that credit will be deducted from your account and you will be charged an industry-standard $8 cancellation fee. Thanks for your attention to our policies!
