Experience a week of BLISS and Boho Luxury in Nosara, Costa Rica. Practice daily sensual and somatic movement, dance, yoga, relax on the beach, or by any of the pools or book a spa treatment. Spend your mornings in movement practice, adventure through the Costa Rican jungle or relax and indulge in poolside service during the day. Enjoy dance and movement classes in any of the four state of the art studios, or add on classes like pilates, spin, aerial or enjoy the gyms. The food has a wide range from meats to local fish, vegetarian options to even a poke bowl station. Daily juice and smoothie bar, cocktails and mocktails and poolside dining also available. This retreat does not include airfare or transport to/from retreat center, but we can help you arrange the best option.
There is a shuttle that runs from Liberia or Nosara airport that we will be able to provide so your journey is perfect and smooth. When booking flights, fly to Liberia airport, Costa Rica. (LIR)
Other activities such as paddle boarding, jungle tours, horseback riding, snorkel, atv, zip lining, boat tours, etc are an additional cost
Get treatments at either of the luxurious spas, indulge in multiple saunas, cold plunges or take extra classes like reformer pilates, aerial yoga, spin classes or add on yoga of your choosing.
There is a juice and smoothie bar, and poolside drink and dining service. Full cocktail bar as well. Any food and drink outside of the buffet is at additional cost but always available!
THE ACCOMMODATIONS
Stay in exquisite accommodations set amid the splendor and beauty of the lush Costa Rican jungle. They offer exceptional accommodations and modern conveniences. The modern Balinese furnishings, luxurious bath- rooms, high ceilings and large windows create a sacred space for soothing rest and quiet contemplation. All rooms include air conditioning, coffee and tea maker and a laptop-sized safe. Study or work in comfort with access to free wireless internet. Refresh from a long day of practice in your open air, rainfall shower.
The Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort was designed to flow with the nature that surrounds us. You can begin your day with a cool-down in your outdoor shower or a dip in the salt-water infinity pool at sunrise. Soothing fountains and waterfalls guide you through the local fauna on your way to your room. Open the door to find a star-lit shower, luxurious cotton sheets and a canopied bed that promises a well-deserved rest. All rooms have air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi and modern amenities abound. Security staff is available 24 hours a day and housekeeping staff will keep your room looking as beautiful as the first day you arrive.

The Bodhi Casita: $2465 for Triple, $2820 for Double
2 separate Queen Bedrooms, a shared bathroom, kitchen, and outdoor lounge.
If you select a double occupancy option, you’ll be paired with another guest (unless you specify your roommate) , and each of you will have your own separate bed in separate rooms.

The Queen Bungalows have 2 Queen beds, a balcony with jungle views and shared bathroom. These are located closer to the main facilities.

The Lux Ganesh Villa has 1 king bed, “honeymoon suite” style, walk in closet, en suite bathroom with a double rain shower, full kitchen and private pool.

Flights and shuttle are not included. Flights would be into Liberia, Costa Rica airport (LIR) we organize the shuttle for you once we have your flight info.

No. All pricing is set due to the nature this unique experience! No sales will be offered at this time.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable (unless you find a replacement, in which case the payment will be subject to a partial refund) Unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid will be refunded. Notification of cancellation will occur at least 30 days prior to retreat start date. Seacoast Stilettos cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.Please also consider: all itineraries are subject to change due to weather delays.
