Experience a week of BLISS, where jungle meets the beach in Nosara, Costa Rica. Practice daily sensual and contemporary dance (no experience required!), body worship or yoga, relax on the beach, by the pool or book a spa treatment. Spend your mornings in movement practice, adventure through the Costa Rican jungle and meet a howler monkey, or see the turtles hatch, book a waterfall hike, atv adventure, boat ride or horseback ride into the sunset! Stay in exquisite accommodations set amid the splendor and beauty of the lush Costa Rican jungle. Some evenings will be filled with restorative practices and ceremonies, while others might look like a dinner at La Luna, or a themed party! Our itinerary is structured, but open- so you can experience your ideal trip that guides you through the most transformative and magical week of your life!
What’s Included:
3x Meals a day. Local, fresh, rejuvenating.
Daily Classes. Dance, Yoga, Somatic & Sensual Movement. Led by Emily, Samantha & Special Workshops like sound healing and bonfire rituals.
Your full week stay in our private villa. With access to private pool, and nearby spa, gym, beach and town! All rooms have a/c, & wifi. Washer, Dryer and Full kitchen also available for use.

What is not Included?
This retreat does not include airfare or transport to/from retreat center, but we can help you arrange the best option.
There is a shuttle that runs from Liberia or Nosara airport that we will be able to arrange for you so your journey is perfect and smooth (approx $150 USD round trip). When booking flights, fly to Liberia airport, Costa Rica. (LIR)
Other activities such as paddle boarding, jungle tours, horseback riding, snorkel, atv, zip lining, boat tours, etc are an additional cost
Get treatments at any of the surrounding spas, or book a day pass at Bodhi tree resort (next door)
Any food and drink outside of the meal services is at additional cost.
Alcoholic beverages not included.

Our Retreat Compound was thoughtfully designed for comfort, connection, and style. Multiple levels and hangout spaces give us plenty of room to spread out while still staying connected. Walk to the beach, Bodhi Tree Resort, restaurants, and shops nearby. Enjoy a spacious indoor/outdoor living space and modern amenities with bold architecture and serene tropical living.

These suites feature two queen beds with twin bunks above, an en suite bathroom to share, ample closet space, and air conditioning for added comfort. Great option for solo travelers who want to meet new roomies!
Twin Bed: $2200 per person

Double Room: $2800
The Double Rooms are configured with two Twin XL beds, this room includes an en suite bathroom to share, closet, air conditioning and wifi. Great option for solo travelers who want to meet a new roommate!
If you are booking as a couple or would prefer to share a king bed in one of these rooms, we can accommodate that upon request.

The solo master bedroom has its own en suite bath, ample closet space, and is a peaceful retreat to rest and recharge. Air conditioning, WiFi. Perfect for those who want some extra privacy.

Flights and shuttle are not included. Flights would be into Liberia (LIR). We organize the shuttle for you once we have your flight info.

No. All pricing is set due to the nature this unique experience! No sales will be offered at this time.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable (unless you find a replacement, in which case the payment will be subject to a partial refund) Unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid will be refunded. Notification of cancellation will occur at least 30 days prior to retreat start date. Seacoast Stilettos cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.Please also consider: all itineraries are subject to change due to weather delays.
